When you heat something in a microwave, you're doing science (atomic physics). When you ride a skateboard, you're doing science (friction, momentum). With every breath you take, or with every beat of your heart you're doing science (biology).

Basically, EVERYTHING in the physical world is touched by science. Its in the video games you play, in the music you listen to, what's happening in outer spece, or what's going on in your mind. It can make everyone's life a little more enjoyable and a lot more healthy.

It is the search for what is REALLY going on in the universe. And YOU can be a part of that search!

Next, talk to your parents, show them this website, and get their permission to do this stuff. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE SUPERVISION AND/OR PERMISSION FROM YOUR PARENTS. Even though there is nothing that you will do that is dangerous, you might still make a mess, and you don't want your mom or dad looking at you with those scary eyes. You know what I mean!

So go do some science, learn a lot, and have a whole bunch of FUN!
